Wills Drafter & Safe Custody Administrator Our Client, a reputable company in the Financial Sector, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Wills Drafter & Safe Custody Administrator to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities Qualifications & Experience Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate is a minimum requirement.
A Paralegal Diploma or Legal Secretary qualification is a strong advantage.
FISA Wills Drafter certificate or equivalent qualification in Wills Drafting.
3-5 years' experience in Wills drafting within a law firm, deceased estates, or fiduciary environment.
Demonstrated knowledge and technical expertise in all aspects of Wills drafting and safe custody procedures.
Experience in deceased estate administration is preferable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
