Candidate Requirements:Must have Grade 12 and a formal culinary Degree/Diploma from a recognized institutionDriver's license (essential)Minimum 2 years experience in a Chef De Partie positionMust have a clear understanding of dietaries and nutritionMust have in-depth knowledge of hygiene practices and new productsMust reference well and have an excellent food portfolioHighly organized and with great attention to detailStrong personality that can think on their feet and work under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication in EnglishMust have a positive attitude and great interpersonal skillsMust be able to work in a team and collaborateExcellent time management skills and great work ethicLive in position with accommodation, meals, and uniform included.
