Candidate Requirements:Matric/ Grade 12Valid RSA IDDrivers License beneficialDegree or Diploma in Hospitality related field would be advantageousAt least 3 years of experience within the hospitality industry with a proven track recordBe able to manage all group, conference and function bookings for the lodgeBe computer literate and have working knowledge of OPERAHave excellent communication skills verbal and writtenMust be very organized and have great customer service skillsBe able to conduct meetings professionally and with confidencePassionate about customer delight and creating memorable experiences for guestsBe able to coordinate all F&B for functions held at the lodgeBe a team player and have a warm personalityLive in position, meals on duty, provident fund included
