The role: As the Accommodation Experience Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring our team members feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include:
Warm welcome: Greet and onboard new employees into our staff accommodation with a friendly and welcoming attitude.Employee support: Be the go-to person for accommodation-related inquiries or concerns, ensuring that our team members have a seamless experience.Maintenance and cleanliness: Oversee the ongoing cleanliness and maintenance of our accommodation buildings, ensuring they remain in top-notch condition.Collaboration: Work closely with service providers to enhance the overall living experience.Property Management: Manage all leased RealNZ staff accommodation sites in Whakatipu, ensuring they are well-maintained and provide a positive living environment.Part Time Hours: 20 hours a week across 5 days, plus 5 on-call hours with response to related calls, emails and texts.This is a casual or part time role so would work perfectly if you are looking for some extra hours!
