Welder/Production Manager - Jhb - Gauteng

Hire Resolve's client, a leading steel company in Johannesburg that specializes in container conversions, is looking for a committed and motivated Welder/Production Manager. This position entails planning project objectives, overseeing project execution, and efficiently managing resources. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage project resources effectively. Fabricate and assemble metal structures using various welding techniques. Supervise the on-site team and oversee project progress. Ensure project targets and deadlines are met. Conduct site inspections and maintain safety standards. Liaise with clients regarding project updates. Read and interpret blueprints and manage administrative processes. Requirements: Matric Certificate or equivalent. Demonstrated experience as a welder or in a similar position. Qualification in Production Management. Valid driver's license. At least 3 years of experience in welding or site supervision. Familiarity with the steel industry. Strong time management and organizational skills. Proficient in report writing. Leadership skills in production management. Commitment to high standards in execution.
