We are looking for a skilled and qualified Welder/Pipe Fitter to join our client in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in stainless steel welding and pipe fitting, particularly within food and beverage manufacturing environments. This role is vital to ensuring the quality and integrity of our stainless steel products and systems.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

Proven experience in stainless steel welding and pipe fitting.
Previous work experience in food and beverage factories or similar manufacturing environments.
Valid driver's license and own transport.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Clear understanding and adherence to instructions.
Good communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
Strong commitment to maintaining sober and hygienic work habits.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform stainless steel welding using Purge welding, Arc, MIG, and TIG methods.
Fit and assemble stainless steel pipes and components accurately.
Work in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the workspace.
Follow detailed instructions and technical drawings to complete tasks.
Manage tasks efficiently, including working under pressure as needed.
Willingness to work on weekends if required.
