With 12 stores scattered across the country and an online store that's as efficient as it is convenient, we're here to make your furniture shopping experience seamless.As the Assistant Website Warehouse Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage the accurate and efficient dispatching of all website orders. This includes managing employees in your department as well as handling all customer service queries related to the delivery process. This is on a 6-day work week.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the compliance of existing processes in the warehouseEnsure correct dispatch procedures are followed,Plan deliveries when needed,Efficient documentation process of picking slips, delivery notes, waybills, and managing relations with third-party logistics partners.Continually review available processes and data to ensure maximum efficiencyExtra planning and focus given to peak periods.Aligning transport requirements with the order.Provide a high level of customer serviceManage quality control and accuracy of ordersAccurate comparison of the invoice to the physical stock.Ensure the correct orders are picked timely.Quality control of stock handling.Manage employees in your departmentRecruit new staff when needed.Attendance and timekeeping.Disciplinary actions.Performance reviews.Ideal Candidate ProfileGrade 12 or equivalentRelevant diploma/degree in logistics and/or operations is preferred.3+ years retail/logistics experienceWarehouse Management System experienceComputer literate – Word, Excel, Outlook & Google SheetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsInterested?Join our team of passionate individuals dedicated to driving success.
