Job Overview: The Website Manager will be overseeing the Prismic CMS, ensuring the timely updating and publishing of necessary assets in accordance with instructions. This role demands attention to detail, proficiency in website management, analytical insight, and familiarity with A/B testing methodologies. No proficiency in frameworks or coding languages is required.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., tech, product, data and compliance) to develop and implement website strategies aligned with company goals.Monitor the design and layout of the website, ensuring a user-friendly experience and adherence to brand guidelines.Assist with website development i.e. including gathering requirements, creating timelines, and coordinating with third-party agencies when required.Update risk warnings and regulatory requirements on the website.Update and publish content/media/assets to the website.Identify areas of improvement and optimisation, i.e. UX, UI, conversions, funnels, etc.Utilise web analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and performance metrics.Analyse website data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Implement A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to maximise conversions (e.g., lead generation).Working with the compliance team to ensure that content does not inadvertently put the company at risk.Qualifications: Previous experience in managing a website CMS.Strong understanding of content management systems.Previous experience with web analytic tools.Familiar with SEO best practices.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to be able to work effectively across functional teams.Creative and analytical insights.Familiar with A/B testing tools and methodology.Preferred qualifications Proficiency with Google Analytics 4.Experience in using Optimizely as an A/B testing tool.Previous experience with Prismic CMS.Bachelor's degree in web design, computer science, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.What's in it for you Salary Sacrifice Company PensionMonthly Active Lifestyle Allowance - we pay towards any active lifestyle membership#J-18808-Ljbffr
