ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the website and graphic designer, you will be responsible for designing web pages, landing pages, designing resources and thumbnails for YouTube videos. You will also have an understanding for SEO and create web pages in alignment to helping with SEO.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and layout website graphics
Be able to set up E-commerce websites
Develop brand identities
Create compelling website content and graphics for websites and web applications
Design pages, templates and graphics for print and web
Research, explore and experiment with new ideas
Optimise content by testing, optimising and refining
Communicate and send reports to Marketing Manager
Maintain and update websites including adding and removing content
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
A general passion and interest in graphic design (previous samples of work preferred)
Ability to work as part of a team and listen to others
Be creative, and have a variety of technical skills, including experience with current technologies
The ability to provide professional insight and advice to produce best results
A high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication
The ability to manage multiple projects and adjust shifting priorities as they change
An engaging, upbeat personality that makes those not used to being filmed is a plus
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work under deadline pressure
Organisation to manage their time efficiently
Flexibility and good listening skills
Energy and determination
Experience with SEO principles
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Must know digital editing software and equipment
