Web Developer/DesignerWe are seeking a talented and creative Web Developer/Designer to join our Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both web development and design, with the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.Design website layouts and graphics using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.Collaborate with team members to ensure websites are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure websites are functioning correctly.Stay up-to-date on current web development trends and technologies.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.A tertiary qualification in Web Development, Design, Computer Science, or related field is preferable.At least 5+ years of experience in web development and design.Must be able to provide a portfolio of websites completed.Strong understanding of APIs, E-Commerce, online shopping, payment gateways and loyalty programmes as well as UX/UI design, website updates, integrations and widgets.Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.Strong communication and collaboration skills.If you are passionate about creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites, we would love to hear from you.
