About the job Web Analyst/Developer (Graduate)General Duties and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain websitesEnsure websites are optimized for speed, scalability, and user experienceResponsible for the front-end and back-end developmentCollaborate with other front-end and back-end development to implement new features and improve existing ones.As a Web Analyst you would collaborate with the Data Analysts to analyse website performance metrics and user behaviour, monitor website traffic, track SEO performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.Work with the marketing, designing and analytics team to design and implement landing pagesCollaborate with the designing team to create visually appealing graphics, banners, and other design elements for websites.Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.Responsible for project management related duties to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scopeCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.Collaborate with other team members, including copywriters, designers, and SEO specialists, to deliver comprehensive web solutions.Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.Current Projects:Redesigning corporate websites for major clients to improve user experience andconversion rates.Conducting a comprehensive SEO audit and implementing on-page and off-pageoptimizations for several clients.Creating a series of landing pages and email templates for an upcoming marketingcampaign.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Web development, Graphic design, or related field.Design/Creative experience beneficial.Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment.
