We are currently seeking a Web2/Web3 Product Design Team Lead with a proven track record of designing both Web2 and Web3 products, collaborating effectively within a team, and possessing a comprehensive understanding of Agile practices.
Our ideal candidate boasts a minimum of 5 years of experience in Web2 product design, with a specific focus on 1 - 2 years of experience in Web3 product design and an additional 2 years of leadership experience within a collaborative design team.

Our minimum requirements for the role are ? Team Leading Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in leading and managing design teams.
This experience provides the necessary insights into team dynamics, project management, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
? Designing Web3 Products Our ideal candidate should have at least 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience specifically working with Web3 technologies, blockchain concepts, and decentralised applications (DApps).
This experience ensures that you possess a solid understanding of the unique challenges and design considerations related to Web3 products.
A visual portfolio will be required to substantiate this.
? Designing Web2 Products Our ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience specifically designing Web2 products.

? Taking Products from 0 - 1 Taking products from ideation to their initial launch (0 - 1) is a critical aspect of our ideal candidate's role.
You should have at least 1 or 2 live Web3 products you have contributed to or led the design of.
? Taking Products from 1 - N Taking products from launch to scale (1 - N) is a critical aspect of our ideal candidate's role.

Other requirements ? You are a Figma power user ? You are a Web3 enthusiast ? You have a deep understanding of decentralisation and trustless systems, cryptocurrencies and tokenization, wallet and key management and the rapidly evolving ecosystem ? You are proficient in Leveraged UX, including pattern reuse, rapid prototyping, research repositories and lean UX ? You are skilled in creating intuitive user interfaces that delight the user ? You have run multiple POC, beta or pilot programs and have a deep understanding of test methodologies and practices ? You are analytical and data-driven ? You have been part of successful launch programs (1 - N) ? You have a deep understanding of atomic design principles, colour theory, information architecture and design systems at scale ? You have a bias towards action, meaning you prefer to ship in order to learn ? You are ecstatic about breakthrough products that disrupt industries ? You are hands-on and like to get into the thick of things ? You are excited about leading a team, whether internal or external ? You are open-minded and willing to take risks ?
