Position Overview:
As a Junior Financial Planner, you will work closely with senior financial planners and clients to develop and implement financial strategies. You will assist in creating financial plans, analyzing client portfolios, and providing recommendations to help clients meet their financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior financial planners in developing comprehensive financial plans for clients.Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.Research and analyze investment options to recommend suitable strategies for clients.Prepare and present financial planning reports and proposals to clients.Monitor clients' financial plans and portfolios, making adjustments as necessary.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements in South Africa.Support clients in understanding and navigating their financial plans.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction. Requirements: NQF 5 (Industry recognized qualification – 120 credits +)RE 5 (Preferable but not essential)At least 12 months of financial backgroundOwn Transport Skills: No previous financial planning experience necessary, but beneficial.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
