Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Responsible for meeting predetermined sales targets by identifying opportunities within the existing client base and advising on approved investment and risk solutions.
Client Education and Retention: Educates clients on products and services to enhance client retention, increase sales revenue, and expand the organization''''s client base.
Financial Analysis and Planning: Analyzes financial information gathered from clients to develop tailored financial plans or proposals using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Proposal Development: Formulates proposals in areas such as cash management, risk assessment, investment planning, and estate planning to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Client Reporting: Provides regular reports to clients in line with agreed service level agreements, ensuring high-quality and consistent advice that aligns with the organizations investment philosophy.

Qualifications and Experience: Education: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with a graduate qualification in Finance, Investment, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Significant experience in delivering custom-built solutions for client wealth portfolios at a managerial level is essential.
Possession of CAT 1 licenses, with CAT 2 licenses as an advantage.
