Our client are seeking a highly motivated Wealth Analyst to join our team of financial professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, conduct portfolio reviews, and present financial performance updates.Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals tailored to clients' unique financial needs and goals.Meeting Support: Attend client meetings alongside Wealth Managers, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.Communication: Prepare insightful meeting recaps and reports, highlighting key takeaways and next steps.Financial Expertise: Stay up-to-date on financial products, strategies, and risk management solutions.Wealth Manager Support: Provide comprehensive support to Wealth Managers, including meeting preparation, research, and report drafting.Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.Client Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.Administrative Support: Manage CRM data, coordinate with third-party providers, and handle client requests.Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.5+ years of experience in wealth management.CFP/CFA designation preferred. Skills:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bloomberg, and/or Morningstar. Technical Competencies:
