The successful candidate will be responsible for office Management and administration, interacting with clients by managing relationships and providing client services.You will ensure new business implementation, marketing plan implementation and reception dutiesGather Policy informationCompile a summary of information Research product informationHandle new application and quotationsHandle and solve client enquiries (all existing business enquiries)Diary management for new and existing business casesDiary management for Wealth AdviserArrange appointments between Wealth Adviser and ClientsPrepare investment review appointmentsMaintain CRM systemRebalance and maintain existing portfoliosPrepare and distribute monthly/quarterly statements Manage Administrative Documentation (detailed records)Build and maintain good working relationships Record details of transactions Maintain Service Level agreement deadlinesManage policy renewalsEnsure FAIS ComplianceLoad new/existing business policiesRequirements:Matric/Grade 12 3 years relevant work experience in Financial Services industryRE5 qualification will be a requirementProficient in both spoken and written English and AfrikaansComputer literacy (MS Office)
