Wealth Adviser Assistant

The Wealth Adviser Assistant is primarily responsible for performing after sales service to customers, thereby contributing to the ongoing customer relationship. The focus of the role is to provide quality service and maximise customer retention and referral, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures. The role needs excellent client relationship management and office administrative skills.Responsibilities:Gather policy information, handle client enquiries (all existing business enquiries)Arrange appointments between Wealth Adviser and clients (new and existing)Follow up on applications and instructionsManage incoming calls and make sure all calls are attended to in an efficient and timeous mannerAssist clients with completing forms, check forms for correctness, FICA etc.Maintain CRM systems, templates and other marketing initiatives for the practiceBuild and maintain good working relationshipsMinimum Requirements:MatricRE 5Relevant Financial Degree (Advantageous)2-3 years administration experience within the financial services industryComputer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, CRMs)Skillset Required:Telephone etiquetteTime managementOrganising and planningPresentable (client orientation)Attention to detailOpen to engaging with clientsProblem solving skillsEnergetic + team playerHow to apply:Candidates interested must apply on Indeed by no later than 24 September 2024.By submitting your application, you are giving PSG Financial Services implicit consent to the storage and processing of your personal information.
