Wealth AdministratorMy client is a leading Wealth Manager and needs a suitably qualified Wealth Administrator.Responsibilities:Information gathering via the Astute system for the Para-Planners and Private Wealth ManagersChase takeovers and send to providers and get confirmation that it is doneSend the Provider Code Application forms for new Private Wealth Managers to providers for them to obtain codes and chaseSort, arrange and share client documentationEnsuring that documentation on Prime System is kept up to dateEnsure that the New Business Register is kept up to dateEnsure that cases are chased/updated every 3 daysLiaise with PWM and Para-Planners to obtain outstanding requirements (if needed)Liaise with Private Wealth Managers to obtain outstanding requirements (if needed)Escalate cases to the New Business Manager if no movement or progression is made on a caseRequirements:Matric2 Years experience as an Administrator in the Insurance / Wealth / Financial Services sectorPlease note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
