You will ensure customers feel comfortable and are thrilled with their luxury service experience.
You must LOVE waxing and have had previous retail exposure.Proficient in both hot and strip wax on all areas of the body for men, women and teenagersKnowledge of the best aftercare for men and women e.g.
ingrown hair treatment and pre and post-waxing careSpeed to be able to complete each treatment in the allotted timePrecision, especially when performing Brazilian waxesActively engage in implementation of ongoing process improvement and embrace "learning environment" initiativesThe ability to adapt waxing techniques to different clients' hair growth to achieve the best results.Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment including daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as neededAccountable for efficient, effective and high-quality customer serviceFollows all policies and procedures to accomplish these standardsAchieves targets as set out by the FranchiseeOther duties as assigned in the spirit of teamworkRequiredBeauty Therapist qualification, Waxing Certificate or similarMust LOVE waxing!One year waxing experience preferredThreading and eyebrow tinting an advantageAble to work in a fast-paced environmentWilling to work flexible days and hoursMust have reliable transportExceptional customer service
