Water Pumps Workshop Manager

REQUIREMENTS Matric, Fitter & Turner qualification with a minimum 5 years post-trade experience Valid driver's license Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure Assign tasks to junior staff DUTIES In charge of all water pump assessments, repairs and machining of parts Communicate clearly to customers about the progress of repairs and keep them updated Receive orders from suppliers Testing of pumps Managing job cards Ensure outgoing orders are packed correctly Assist with deliveries and collections of pumps if required by the client Assist with on-site pump installations/maintenance when necessary Be willing to work overtime on an as-and-when basis Keep the workshop clean and tidy Ensure the best work flow methods Salary: R25 000 CTC dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
