Duties:Facilitation:Planning and managing weekly classesPreparation and delivery of learning contentPrepare learning environment i.e., labs; classrooms; research venues, group activity venues etcDevelop learning material if requiredOrganize additional workshops and field tripsMarking of practical, formative, and summative assessmentsGeneral academic administration:Record student attendanceMotivate and reinforce studentsIdentify students at riskSet up additional support for studentsRecord student resultsProvide programme review feedbackModeration reports completed as per the moderation planComplete certifications as per deadlinesPresent the qualification at open daysMinimum requirements:Facilitator must have a relevant qualification at NQF 9 (Masters).At least 5 yrs.
post qualification experience in water infrastructure operations.Must be a subject matter expert in water infrastructure operations.Computer LiteracyMS OfficeAdditional competencies requiredExcellent communication skills
