In support of IMSAF's ongoing efforts to enhance organisational performance and provide employee development opportunities, the company is pleased to invite applications for a Warranty Coordinator in the Revenue Generation SACU department.
Minimum Requirements

Diesel Mechanic or equivalent industry qualification
In-depth and extensive knowledge of the Isuzu Warranty policy & procedures
In-depth and extensive knowledge of the Warranty system
In-depth and extensive knowledge of MS Office (Excel,Word,Ms Power Point) & SAP system
Knowledge of the Isuzu LTG-Labour Parts Catalog
Good verbal & written communicatio skills
Requires good problem-solving skills
Drivers License Code 08

Duties and Responsibilities

Review and approve dealer system rejected claims based on parameters as set out in Warranty policy & procedure.
Take the Leading role in coordinating as well as conducting training of dealer's new Warranty Clerks.
Manage General dealer queries to resolution point i.e. Part pricing issues, Incorrect warranty start dates, Recon statement queries.
Monitor Dealer Warranty expenditure through out of line warranty claims on system.
Update and correct part numbers on the warranty portal system.
Maintain and adjust warranty claims limits to ensure that correct warranty expenditures are maintained.
