A well established dealership, is looking for an experienced and efficient Warranty Clerk to hit the ground running Job Responsibilities: Process all warranty claims in line with policies and procedures. Liaise with service department Return defective parts to manufacturer as required Liaising with customers in regards to claims Daily, weekly and monthly reports on warranty claims activity Costing / Invoicing General administration of day to day invoices Requirements: Matric Minimum of 2 years Warranty claims experience within a Franchise Motor Dealership Literate on Evolve Attention to detail and strong admin Good customer care skills Please note that only candidates with the required experience will be considered and contacted.
