Correlate damages to insured events and exclude unrelated costs.
Assess warranty status and probable roadworthiness at the time of the event.
Apply policy limits to mechanical failures and provide detailed assessor reports.
Claim handling and contacting clients  What You'll Need Qualifications & Experience Grade 12 or equivalent academic level.
Strong knowledge of: Motor vehicle electrical systems.
Motor vehicle mechanical systems and components.
IT Skills Proficiency with computer usage, including keyboard and mouse.
Experience with IT applications (e.g., Audatex).
Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
