Warranty Adjudicator

Key Responsibilities:Adjudicate warranty claims, ensuring they meet brand standards and processes.Guide and support dealers through the warranty process.Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel, ensuring easy reference.Communicate effectively with dealers and internal teams, even in challenging situations.Work with precision and attention to detail in every task.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years' experience working with the Evolve system.Prior experience with Ford, VW or Toyota warranty claims.Strong Excel skills for reporting and record-keeping.Punctual, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.Exceptional communication skills.Own reliable transport with a valid drivers license.Ability to thrive under pressure from dealers and management.Please note that only experienced candidates will be considered and contacted.Apply ONLINE now at:
