Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will be key in managing warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations:Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.Assist in optimising warehouse layout and organisation for space utilisation.People Management:Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to maintain high-performance standards and a positive work environment.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.Address any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner.Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, ensuring company policy and procedure adherence.Motivate the team to maintain high-performance standards and a positive work environment.Fleet Support:Assist in coordinating vehicle activities for transportation and delivery.Support the development and execution of effective route plans.Compliance:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Participate in regular inspections and implement measures to promote a safe working environment.About YouDiploma or relevant certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum 3 - 5 years in a similar position.Prior experience in warehouse operations or a similar role preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organisational and time management abilities.Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Problem-solving mindset.Fluidra is a workplace where everyone can develop.Should you not hear back from us within 2 weeks after the closing date, please note that your application was unsuccessful.
