Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:Supervise a team of warehouse pickers and forklift drivers, ensuring high standards in performance and productivity.Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping process to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.Maintain top-tier safety standards, ensuring that the warehouse environment is secure and hazard-free.Keep the warehouse organized and clean, promoting an efficient workspace.Ensure all equipment, inventory management systems, and logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.Requirements:At least 5 years in a Warehouse Supervisor role.Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics.A proven ability to inspire and lead teams to success.
