Warehouse Supervisor

Job & Company Description: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of stock within the warehouse, ensuring optimal inventory levels, accuracy in stock reconciliations, and compliance with quality standards. As a Warehouse manager, you will be responsible for: Collaborate with 3PL providers to streamline logistics and distribution operations. Supervise and coordinate all dispatch activities to ensure orders are shipped in a timely and accurate manner. Supervise and lead a team of dispatchers and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations. Regular audits and reconciliation processes. Ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment, minimizing stock discrepancies. Optimize space utilization and maintain an organized, functional, and clean warehouse environment. Supervise and maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and discrepancies. Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into stock performance, trends, and forecasting. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all stock management systems. Monitor and maintain quality control standards within the warehouse, ensuring stock is handled and stored appropriately. Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other stakeholders to align stock management with overall business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and logistics partners. Lead, motivate, and develop the stock management team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance. What do you need: Diploma/Degree in warehouse management or logistics. 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management. Very experienced with dispatching and stock management. Experience working with 3PL providers and coordinating logistics operations. Well proven managerial and problem-solving skills.
