Warehouse Supervisor

Reporting to: Warehouse Manager Roles & Responsibilities: To manage the stores functions for a specific site. Description of key performance areas: Stock Management Oversee receiving, storage, and despatch of products. Ensure that all products are handled/ stored correctly and distributed as per company procedures. Responsible for stock takes & cycle counts in the warehouse. Despatch Coordinate the transport requirements for deliveries ensuring that deliveries are efficient and cost effective and that the appropriate safety signage is displayed on vehicles. Team Management Mentor, supervise, and train warehouse staff. Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure lifting equipment is maintained according to OEM and industry standards. Reporting and Administration Generate and interpret reports on key metrics. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in warehousing or logistics (NQF 6) Experience: 5 years experience managing a team in a similar position
