Warehouse Supervisor

Minimum Requirements: Diploma/Certificate in Distribution/Logistics/Operational Management or equivalentProven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillmentFamiliarity with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably experience as a WMS super userAbility to operate forklift and other material handling equipment preferred, but not essentialStrong attention to detail and ability to conduct quality control inspections effectivelyExcellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate shipping and receiving activitiesPrior experience in coordinating with shipping carriers and managing inbound/outbound shipmentsKnowledge of safety protocols and practices in a warehouse environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse setting, meeting tight deadlinesAdaptability to learn and become proficient in the company's specific WMS quicklyCommitment to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse spaceTeam player mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support fellow team membersPeople management and leadership skillset
