Key Responsibilities: Oversee all receiving (containers) and dispatch (courier, collections) operationsManage daily picking, packing, and dispatch of customer ordersSupervise the efficient shelving of stock from received containersMaintain general housekeeping and facility maintenanceLead and mentor a warehouse team of 2 employeesConduct and assist with stock takes and rolling stock countsHandle returns, credit notes, swaps, and stock adjustments
Minimum Requirements: Matric essential (Diploma advantageous but not mandatory)Minimum 10 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably FMCGComputer literacy with ERP system experience preferredStable employment history demonstrating commitment and reliabilityStrong leadership and organisational skillsAbility to manage a stock holding of approximately R10 millionExperience with a warehouse size of around 1,200 sqm
