Warehouse / Storeperson – Alice Springs

CJD Equipment have a fantastic opportunity in our busy Alice Springs branch for a Warehouse / Storeperson to join the team!
This is a great opportunity to become part of a market leading national business servicing the transport and construction industries.
Working as a member of our team, you will be an important part of the daily operations and be exposed to all aspects of warehousing, with the possibility of leading into a parts interpreter role. In this role, your key responsibilities include general warehouse and workshop activities such as annual stock takes, cycle count, pick, pack, store and dispatch of orders whilst ensuring system inventory accuracy and targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements for the role: To be well presented and take pride in your workplaceHave basic computer skillsThe ability to work with a close teamSome knowledge in construction equipment or trucks would be an advantageBe a self-motivated and reliable individualWillingness to learnHave excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detailContribute to workplace health and safety including hazard identification and risk assessmentCurrent forklift license would be an advantageWe will provide you with the training, support and tools needed to help you develop the necessary skills and establish a practical base on which to build a challenging and rewarding career.
