Warehouse Stock Controller

Join our dynamic team as a Stock Warehouse Controller and help us maintain efficient and smooth warehouse operations!Key Responsibilities:Inbound Stock Planning: Plan and manage weekly inbound container stock to create and optimize bin locations.Stock Rotation: Regularly rotate stock to maximize space and maintain inventory freshness.Cycle Counts: Perform daily cycle counts and accurately record stock levels.Reconciliation: Investigate and report any stock variances to ensure inventory accuracy.Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain strategies to achieve zero stock losses.Order Processing: Ensure that stripping and fitting work orders are completed promptly and accurately.Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to Health & Safety regulations in accordance with group policies.Team Coordination: Coordinate warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and prevent backlogs.Returns/Credits Management: Handle returns and credits efficiently and in a timely manner.Additional Duties: Carry out any additional tasks as instructed by management.Maintain Receiving/ Dispatch budget -  monitor monthly consumable and PPEReceiving and Dispatching:  Qualifications:Proven experience in stock control or a similar role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.Excellent communication skills.Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.Proficiency in inventory management systems.Grade 12 or higher.3+ years Warehouse experience3+ years Stock control experienceTyre experience would be beneficial.
