Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Warehouse Project Specialist to oversee and manage warehouse projects within their beverage manufacturing facility in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, project management, and continuous improvement strategies. The Warehouse Project Specialist will be responsible for implementing and executing warehouse projects, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring efficient and effective warehouse operations.Responsibilities:Lead and manage warehouse projects from inception to completionDevelop and implement project schedules, budgets, and timelinesIdentify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and develop strategies to address themWork closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectivesUtilize data analysis and reporting to monitor project progress and performanceCollaborate with warehouse staff to implement best practices and standard operating proceduresEnsure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in the warehouseProvide training and support to warehouse staff on new processes and proceduresRequirements:B Comm. or related B Degree (Business Management, Logistics or Transport)Minimum of 5 Years experience in the beverage manufacturing industryExperience in logistics and business software systemsProject Management qualification or relevant experienceStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of warehouse management systems and lean principles is a plus
