Ensure warehouse lean excellence, safety, team morale and all warehouse operations are efficient, optimized, customer focused and delivering the brand objectives in terms of parts supply in line with the Aftersales Strategic Objectives.Strategically manage the parts warehouse in compliance with policies, legislation, safety, insurance compliances and focus on achieving Brand Aftersales goals.Efficient management and control of the Warehouse Operations and resources to achieve cost and customer service levels.Set up and implement high standards in the inbound, put away, storage and outbound processes. Provide an effective and reliable service to dealerships/customers in time and manner, as well as to keep high inventory accuracy, quality, and controls.Keep a clean and organized warehouse implementing 5S LEAN methods, with project management to identify any waste in the warehouse processes. Lead to build a Culture of Continuous Improvement.
