Duties & Responsibilities:ORDERSCommunicate with customer care / sales reps if there are any issues regarding orders and/or stock.Check, capture and invoice/process orders.Check back orders for products that were out of stock.Liaise with debtor's department for orders received on accounts with overdue amounts.Liaise with logistics department regarding bulk order fulfilments and stock shortages etc.ACCOUNTSCompile, check and submit daily cash up; including drivers schedules, POD's, receipts etc.Compile and submit credit note applications.Handle petty cash requests and submit monthly recon.Submit monthly credit card receipts according to statement.Submit fuel receipts monthly.Authorise and submit invoices daily/weekly.Deposit of cash ups at bank.Sort and prepare PODs according to list and submit to Iron Mountain.Maintain filing system as well as recording and sending filing for storage at Iron Mountain.WAREHOUSE & DISTRIBUTIONOversee daily operations as well as receiving, storage and distribution functions.Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations and action plans that meet company standards for productivity and customer service.Train and manage the warehouse and distribution teams to solve day-to-day operational issues and to perform efficiently.Implement policies and procedures.Compile non-conforming stock lists.Quarterly stock takes.Cash up drivers after deliveries have been completed.Arrange stock upliftments with drivers or courier partner.Investigate and report on all stock discrepancies (orders / IBT's etc.).GENERALAssist walk-in clients.Order office consumables, cleaning supplies, stationery, packaging materials.Attend to all maintenance and repair issues (building, vehicles, equipment etc.)Manage and control security of the branch.Manage cleaning staff.Fulfil Warehouse Assistant duties when he is not at work.Ensure all staff leave requests have been submitted.Ensure all overtime submitted.Email your CV to ******
