Warehouse Manager - Rustenburg

We are seeking for a Warehouse Manager to join our new branch in Rustenburg!The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the Warehouse along with various duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:Duties & Responsibilities:Management of maintenance team.Manage HR related staff queries.Motivating maintenance staff & security.Manage staff as per rotational roster to minimize overtime expense.Review maintenance staff performance annually.Ensure discipline is kept in the workplace.Ensure staff and warehouse complies with OH&S and SHEQ standards.Head of maintenance pertaining to the whole building and property and new projects.Ensure gardens, grass, housekeeping and appearance of building and property is kept in presentable order.Ensure that warehouse generator is in working order at all times.Manage warehouse alarm, cameras, and security, internal and external.Manage photobooth.Manage washbayManage key office.Manage keys for the whole warehouse and premise and ensure safe keeping of keys.Ensure all new arrival vehicles is received as per company procedures.Manage and update on all vehicle's inspections done (Dekra Checks).Skills:Be reliable and responsibleAccuracy and attention to detailAbility to work productively in a high-pressure fast paced environmentManage time effectively and set clearly defined targetsComputer LiteratePeople skillsManagement skillsOperational skillsRequirements:MatricValid Driving license3 years experience in a similar positionDiploma/Degree in Logistics, Maintenance, Operational Management (Advantageous)Benefits:15 days annual leaveProvident fund
