We seek a highly motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimise our warehouse operations.

Job Description: The Warehouse Manager will lead a team of 30+ staff members and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, safety compliance, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain ISO 9001 standards, and collaborate with various departments to achieve organisational goals.
Requirements Responsibilities: Order Picking and Dispatch: Ensure accurate and efficient order picking and timely dispatch of orders to meet customer expectations.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all warehouse transactions and activities, documenting every stock movement.
Stock Level Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
General Housekeeping: Ensure the warehouse is always clean, neat, and well-organized.
Theft Prevention and Loss Control: Implement and enforce procedures to prevent theft and minimise loss.
Staff Management: Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
Keep track of staff activities and productivity.
ERP and Supporting Systems: Record and capture all transactions accurately on the company ERP and other supporting systems.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement new processes and systems for continual improvement in warehouse operations.
Logistics Integration: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of all supporting logistics services.
Quality Control: Maintain quality control processes to ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
ISO 9001 Compliance: Ensure the warehouse operations comply with ISO 9001 standards, maintaining proper documentation and records.
Implement and monitor ISO 9001-related initiatives and improvements.
Safety Management: Promote and enforce a strong safety culture within the warehouse.
Ensure safety protocols, regulations, and guidelines are strictly followed by warehouse staff.
Conduct regular safety training, drills, and assessments to minimise risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Investigate and report any safety incidents, taking corrective actions as necessary.
Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional duties as required to support the efficient functioning of the warehouse.
Qualifications and Experience: Diploma or degree in logistics , supply chain management , business administration , or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience managing a warehouse team of 30 or more individuals.
Solar industry experience is preferred.
Proficient in warehouse management systems, including ERP and supporting tools.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality control processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop staff.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
