Job ResponsibilitiesHead up the warehouse and manage the team to ensure internal & external service deliveryOverall stock controlEnsure that receiving and dispatch is operating accurate and efficient.Ensuring weekly cycle counts are conducted and report on variances.Monthly stocktake preparation and counts.Ensure Health and Safety rules and policies are always adhered to.Management of cost according to financial budget.Management of loading equipment, tools and consumables.Manage Bond warehouse according to Sars regulations.HousekeepingRequirements Grade 12Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics or warehouse management would be beneficialMin 5 – 10 years Warehousing experience as warehouse manager.Preferable knowledge of MS Office, Sage EvolutionAble to work overtime when required.Own transport and license essentialBasic tyre knowledge or automotive experience 3-5 years in either logistics or warehouse management 3= years proven staff management recordSkills Required Computer literateGood organizational and problem solving skillsAbility to multi taskStrong communication skillsStrong customer relations skillsAbility to work under pressurePositive, can do attitude with a willingness for self-developWorkflowStress managementPlanningMediationAbility to think out of the boxProactive and self-motivated
