Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Control: Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and distribution, ensuring they align with company policies and objectives. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to meet cost targets.Stock Control: Reconcile stock with data systems, conduct regular stock takes, and maintain accurate stock levels. Investigate discrepancies and control scrap, ensuring proper authorization.Distribution Control: Oversee logistics to guarantee timely dispatch of orders.Receiving Control: Ensure accurate and timely receipt and confirmation of deliveries.Administration: Produce monthly reports and maintain key statistics for management.SHEQ Compliance: Ensure warehouse operations comply with the OHS Act, maintaining high health, safety, and hygiene standards.Requirements:BCom Degree/Diploma (advantageous).Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Experience with inventory management software.Proficiency in MS Excel.Strong understanding of operational processes.Ready to lead and optimize warehouse operations?
