Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities: Supervision: Provide effective leadership and supervision to packing areastaff and warehouse personnel.Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and timely recording of all stockmovements, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of product handling and packing.Operational Efficiency: Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards to create a safe working environment for all employees.Reporting: Generate regular reports on stock levels, warehouse performance, and any issues or discrepancies encountered.Communication: Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the organization.Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise promptly and effectively, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation to identify and resolve any discrepancies. RequirementsPrevious experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or stock controlenvironment.Strong understanding of stock control principles and inventory management processes.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and related software.
