Warehouse ManagerEvo Personnel are acting as an employment agency and we are looking to recruit a Warehouse Manager for our prestigious Distribution client in the Blackburn area.Salary: £44,000.00Day Shift: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30RequirementsLead a team of Warehouse Operatives.Previous experience of managing team performance and KPI's.Mentor, develop and grow the team.Manage stock, materials, storage and despatch.Process documentation and administration.Manage the warehouse budget.Have a strong understanding of Health & Safety.Induct and train new members of staff.Implement ways to reduce waste.Work closely with the Quality Manager and support implementing policies & procedures.Increase efficiency within the warehouse operation.Be hands-on and support with operations.Ensure machinery, equipment and FLT's are maintained and reports are kept up to date.A strong understanding of IT.Exceptional organisation and communication skills.Have previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.You will be required to lead a team, support development within the team and build rapport with new & existing team members to push the warehouse forward. You'll be required to be involved with operations, the warehouse budget and have a hands-on approach to ensure deadlines are met.
