Overview Hire Resolve's client is currently looking for a Warehouse Manager for a well-established Chemical Manufacturing company based in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).
The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes adhere to industry safety standards and efficiency practices.Responsibilities Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory controlEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and standard operating proceduresSupervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsDevelop and implement inventory management systems to enhance operational efficiencyMonitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to improve processesCollaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillmentMaintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the chemical manufacturing sectorStrong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousingExcellent leadership and team management skillsProficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Salary: negotiableOur client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
