Warehouse Coordinator - Textile (Retail)

RPO Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join a leading Textile Retail company.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, and overseeing the shipping and receiving of textiles.
You will serve as a key link between the warehouse team, management, and other departments to ensure operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control of textile products Coordinate with various departments to fulfill product orders and manage stock levels Maintain accurate inventory records and generate regular reports to monitor warehouse performance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting effective teamwork and communication Implement and optimize warehouse processes and procedures for efficiency Requirements Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in the textile or retail industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Basic understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus Benefits Salary: R140K/yr - R180K/yr, negotiable RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
