Purpose of Position: To provide efficient day-to-day support for procurement and logistics department.Duties & Responsibility:Receives inbound deliveries from customers, suppliers, and Courier / Freight Companies,Checks if the delivered goods match with the invoice and Purchase Order.Inspects the shipments if there is no sign of damage on the packaging prior to signing the delivery note / invoice.Mark the received goods to ensure that FIFO principle is maintained.Amend Purchase order (if necessary) and then perform Goods receipt process on SAP (MIGO)Pack the goods into the relevant Storage Locations / bins.Responsible for picking the goods and dispatch them for delivery to customers.Operates the warehouse forklift and other materials moving equipment.Share Proof of deliveries and related invoices with Logistics Team Lead for further handling.Prepares and issue delivery notes and hand-out documents to be signed by the Logistics Team Lead for all stock items to be delivered.Prepares, prints, and attached shipment labels as per Company standards.Performs stock transfers in-and-out and between storage locations when necessary.Runs weekly stock reports such as GR-IR, obsolete stock, dead stock for reporting submissionManages demo and trial stockResponsible for the general housekeeping of the Stores.Responsible for all packing and preparation of shipments (local and exports)Maintain an up-to-date record of audit trails for the warehouse (Picking Slips, Delivery Notes, etc)Filing / management of records, archiving and storage requirements.Regular Stock take of RMA inventory as requiredParticipation in Audit, Stocktaking and assist Shared Services.Compliance with The Company Mining Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures,Participation in audits and compliance with instructions given in respect to the health and safety of himself / herself and the safety of othersSubmissions of monthly stock reportsOther duties as required from time to time.
