Warehouse Controller

1. Day to day running of warehouse 2. Receiving and handling of Parts 3. Liaising with operations team 4. Ensuring that stock is receipted in / out of the system timeously and accurately. 5. Conducting regular stock takes 6. Ensuring that stock received is of good quality and correct quantities 7. Maintain optimal stock levels 8. Ensure accurate inventory reporting 9. Request quotations for local content from suppliers 10. Coordinate collection and deliveries with courier companies 11. Ensure security protocols, organizational compliance and safety procedures adhered to 12. Maintain strong business relationships with technicians and suppliers Supervise warehouse assistants Overseeing general servicing and maintenance e.g., forklift Participate in monthly safety and quality meetings Daily Housekeeping Assist with spare parts over the weekend (when required) 18. Any other task that you may reasonably be requested to perform within your ability. matric busy or recentely completed relevant qualification own car and licence willing to assist over weekends if and when needed
