Purpose Of The JobStock controller, maintain warehouse. All pallets marked precisely in correct configurations. Ensure put away stock rotation and investigation on variances.ResponsibilitiesEnsure correct receiving of stock and capturing on GP.Marking of pallets, configuration, qty and best before dates.Collaboration and communication with stock inventory clerk and value chain.Stock rotation, ensuring that near expiry dated stock is constantly communicated to Warehouse Manager.Daily communication on bad wrapping, collapsed boxes and inferior packaging material - portfolio of evidence to be created.Daily checks on Warehouse value chain.Daily investigation on variances on the value chain including stock re-counts, checking correctness of transfer documentation and system transaction.Handling of daily queries.Assist with month-end stock counts.Ensure all GRV's correctly processed.Ensure weekly age analysis correctness.Competencies (knowledge, Skills And Attributes)Planning and organising.Must have a strong personality and excellent leadership skills.Computer literacy - Strong Computer skills.Numerical ability.Sense of urgency.Attention to detail.Problem solving.Communication - written, verbal.Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustries: Food and Beverage Manufacturing
