Facilitate incoming deliveries and outgoing dispatches through weighbridge.Ensure correct movement of materials.Oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveriesAllocate and organize storage locations according to requirementsSort inventory according to established proceduresMark inventory with identifying informationEnsure MRP functionality is maintained and monitored dailyMaintain inventory records and databasesProvide regular inventory movement reports to management.Ensure proper packaging quality through material handling process.Adhere to all safety standards and operating proceduresEnsure strict adherence to all housekeeping and warehouse standardsAbility to work shifts as and when requiredCompletion of accurate and timely inventory counts daily, weekly and monthly conducting root cause analysis and reporting on any stock differencesManage inventory raw materials, spare parts and consumables Minimize supply chain risk
