Job DescriptionDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products.Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to ensure that inventory remains accurate and up-to-date.ORDER FULFILMENT:Pick, pack, and prepare products for orders.Ensure that orders are accurately fulfilled and that products meet quality standards before dispatch.RECEIVING AND STORING:Receiving items, checking for accuracy, and store products in the correct locations.Handle and store products according to safety and hygiene regulations to prevent contamination.DOCUMENTATION AND RECORD-KEEPING:Maintain proper documentation of inventory movements, including shipping and receiving logs.Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to update and track inventory.QUALITY CONTROL:Inspect products for quality and freshness, reporting any issues with damaged or expired goods.Ensure all poultry products are stored at appropriate temperatures to maintain quality.HEALTH AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE:Follow all health and safety regulations, particularly regarding the handling of perishable goods like poultry.Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols in the warehouse environment.TEAM COLLABORATION:Work closely with other warehouse staff, such as forklift operators and supervisors, to ensure smooth operations.Communicate effectively with transportation teams to coordinate deliveries.Requirements:Detail-oriented and organized.Must be proficient with Excel.Good communication skills.Apply
