Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and processes is crucial. Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with forklifts and related equipment, including understanding maintenance and repair requirements. Previous experience in a service or technical role involving forklifts is highly beneficial. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team, including training staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring productivity. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team management and conflict resolution are important. Operational Efficiency: Experience in implementing and improving operational procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high safety standards in the warehouse and service areas. Customer Service: Background in delivering excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of service issues. Safety and Compliance: Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards specific to warehouse operations and forklift service. Experience in maintaining a safe working environment and adherence to industry standards. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational and technical issues promptly and effectively.
